LC Says Charge Are On Beneficiary & Exclude Related Article

if a credit state that Advising bank charge, negotiating charge,reimbursement bank charge are on beneficiary and exclude the related article of UCP600.
Than, who is responsible for non collecting charge of those bank.

Hi Pal,
if the advising bank receives a l/c stating that art 37 UCP is exlcuded, may seek for an amendment or accept the risk for
the advisibg commissions, normally not so big!!!

I think bank has their own way to protect their right such as not give ben. details of amendment if they do not pay the charges. In case of Reim. and Nego., the charges can be deducted directly from proceeds.
