Advising Bank Decline To Advise The Amendment
where applicant, beneficiary, issuing bank agree to issue an amendment through the same advising bank, but advising bank decline to advise this amendment, by how now this important amendment will be effected.

Hi Pal,
first of all which is the advising bank? The bank receiving a Swift MT700 indicating in field 57A another bank, or the latter.
If the advising bank is the bank of the beneficiary, the fact that it refuses it is very problematic. If it is the bank receiving MT700 and passed the MT710 to the bank in field 57A, you may reach the latter via another bank, as the bank in field 57a
is the only advising bank.
