if the port of loading is changed,what is the problem, why it will take discrepancy?

Hi Pal,

If the l/c allows different ports ok, but if not so shipment from another port it is a discrepancy. Probably buyer and seller agreed,
so discrepancy will be lift immediately. Nowadays question, think to some goods shipped by an embargoed port!!!
