In a BL, indicate a company name but not indicate as a carrier, sign by agent on b/o master, is it discrepant?

Hi Pal,
the UCP sate that the bill of lading must appear to indicate the name of the carrier.....
If not indicated, the bill of lading is discrepant.

According to Art 20 a, it must be indicated as agent or carrier.

As per UCP carrier name should be identified in a B/L. unless it is a charter party B/L.
