Dear all,
Reading the ISBP A35 d, says: 'A statement on a document indicating that authentication may be verified or obtain through specific reference to a website (URL)constitutes a form of electronic method of authentication in accordance to the signature requirement of UCP art. 3. Banks will not access such websites to verify authentication"
So, I understand that just by a line in an invoice indicating "authentication must be verified through ...www.xxxx" is enough to considered it signed , even if the line is preprinted.
Do you agree?
Authentication Must Be Verified Through ...Www.Xxxx
