A credit states-„An advice of shipment must be sent to the applicant within 02 days after the date of shipment and certificate of compliance by the beneficiary must be presented . Date of shipment is 5 june .

so does it mean "6 june- 7 june" or "5 june - 7 june "

It means withinn 6 and 7 june

Hi, as per article 3 of UCP the words 'from' and 'after' when used to determine a maturity date exclude the date mentioned, so it will be 6th and 7th June.

The presentation will be made on 6 or 7 june if they are banking days
