Hi,
We cannot certify exactly when shipment date is. The Forwarding agent's goods receipt is only the evidence of the moment Forwarding agent receive goods. We cannot know when they deliver goods.
Thanks!

Hi Pals,
the goods receipt must state the date of taken up of the goods, naturally shipment will occurr later.
Date of receipt will be enough.

Dear Shams,
We have clear explanation in ISBP paragraph ''documents for which the UCP 600 transport articles do not apply'' failing any of these conditions issuing bank has to face the consequences.
If there is no specific condition in the LC regarding how to calculate Late presentation and Late shipment(if there is Forwarding agent good receipt presented) then we cannot determine Late presentation and Late shipment . we can refute if issuing bank has raised such discrepancies basis of the above ISBP paragraph.
Thanks & Regards
Dinesh Kumar
