always Algeria, is it true that it is necessary to insert the NIF in the Applicant address in Algeria, probably if consignee or notify.

Hi picant,
I am a banker form Turkey and we have lot of credit transactions with Algerian. As I see, they rarely require NIF with thje Applicant informations.
