Clarifications
Hi Pal,
Freight forwarder signing as carrier or the carrier, undertaes to perform the transport, by using means of transport of other body, but with its own liability of carrier.
Straight consigned means that the consignee must take up the goods, "to the order" that the holder of the transport documents may endorse the document and allows other person to take up the goods or , even, endorse the document in favour of other body(transfer the title that the transport document contains)
