Discrepany On Quality Certificate Issuer

Hello,

We have a LC requiring Quality Certificate issued by the mill. (The mill means Paper Mill. We export Newsprint paper). The description of goods states " Standard Offset Newsprint Paper from Tembec Mill Canada".
The mill issued Quality Certificate indicating " Issued by Tembec Paper Group" and this is the actual name of the mill. The bank calls for a discrepancy as "Quality Certificate issued by Tembec Paper Group, not indicating by the mill". Do you think this is a discrepancy?

I would appreciate if anyone can answer my question. Thank you!
