i have a doubt Regarding place of expiry and Lc availability....is this ok if PLACE OF EXPIRY AND LC AVAILABLE ARE DIFFRENT..?

can any explain how it works , is it workable for beneficary

and what are risks arises for beneficiary to make presenation

i have a note that in your case documents must be presented in China (Hong Kong is China too) within the expiry date but will be honoured if the reach Hong Kong, being the risk of loss to the presenter.
It is similar to the sentence "credit expiry in China for documents presentation only"
