Some Usance LC Question

Dear Reader,

I would appreciate any reply to my question:

1. In case of Usance L/C for 6 months after payment, will Seller be able to receive money up front? Or only after 6 months?

2. In case if Usance L/C of no movement of products, during trade transaction, only ownership is changed, inside the bank documents, you must submit for BANKS, CARGO receipt and mention on Irrevocable Documentary Credit Application, it is required to fill up blank spaces:

Place of Taking Charge/Dispatch from …. Place of Receipt (44A):
Warehouse A

Place of Final Destination/For Transportation to…./ Place of Delivery (44B):
Warehouse B
not later than (44C): 2008-02-11

Question A: Is it possible to submit cargo receipt and put "PYEONGTAEK" and "ULSAN" for example to complete application, or will this be considered illegal?
Question B: Is it possible to get such application form to mention "NO MOVEMENT" "NO CARGO RECEIPT"
