we are importer and import Scrap.
we have one problem which is that recently we final deal with supplier in egypt.
so now container is loaded in ICD but main problem is that all the document like Comm. Invoice, P/L, Etc...are dated 28/2/2016 and Original Bill of lading issue date is 24/02/2016. so our CHA is deny for custom clearance. he want Revised documents., but it will taking very long time to receive revised docs.
so, now what should we do????
plz hepl as soon as possible.

it is comment procedure , in fact all documents except BL can be prepared before shipping date.
CHA should not have any objection.

It should not be a problem. As other documents can be prepared bofore shipment.
