The case below is for an LC (MT-700)
I am looking for an acceptable wording when shipment might be effected by air and/or by sea.
The one below is the one I came up with, can someone check and revert or propose something else ?
: 44E: PORT OF LOADING:
ANY PORT/AIRPORT IN XXXXX AND/OR IN XXXXXX
: 44F: PORT OF DISCHARGE:
XXXXXXX PORT/AIRPORT, XXXXXXX
: 46A: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
3 OF 3 ORIGINAL OCEAN BILLS OF LADING AND/OR AIR WAYBILL PLUS 2 COPY(IES) CONSIGNED TO THE ORDER OF XXXXXXX. AND NOTIFY: THE APPLICANT AND XXXXXXXX AND MARKED FREIGHT XXXXXXXX.

To prevent any misunderstanding, I would prefer
stating documents separately like (as airwaybill cannot be issued "to order"
it is hard to mention that document together with BL)
+ 3/3 ocean bill of lading issued to the order...
in case of marine transport and/or
+ air waybill in 1 original consigned to ....
in case of air transport...
