Signing A Freight Forwarder Bill Of Lading

Dear colleagues,
I would like to ask your experiences of freight forwarder bill of lading.
L/C stipulates bill of lading cosigned to order of issuing bank and notify applicant.
Freight forwarder bill of lading is acceptable.

Bill of lading presented with all datas complying with LC terms, showing ANC AS AGENT FOR TJE CARRIER ABC.

I would like to ask that: according to isbp para E3, can the bill of lading be signed by ANC without it being necessary to indicate its capacity AS AGENT FOR THE CARRIER.
