Hi Pal,

I dare say that a consignment note issued by truck driver will suffice, but issuing bank, in this case is no more controlling the goods. In Europe we hace a Truck waybill called CMR, issued by carrier that partially allow banks to control the goods specially if the document is consiged to the issuing bank, with goods addressed to a carrier 's warehouse, for further delivery to the applicant.

EXW

If the terms are EXW, the beneficiary would not likely be required to provide any evidence of transport because this should be the applicant's responsibility. In practice the appropriate document required to be presented should be some form of evidence of taking over such as an FCR.
