I would really appreciate your comments on the below issue:
Paragraph J8 c of ISBP makes reference to a document issuance in form of Bill of lading. It follows that such a bill of lading can be signed according to art. 20 of UCP 600, namely by master of the vessel. However, the art. 24 restricts the signatory parties as carrier or agent of carrier. Does such reference of B/L allows the inland waterway be signed by master of vessel as well?
