Will you consider discrepancies if the bl have clause indicating defective packaging and crates exposing goods ? Your comments appreciated it

Hi Pal,
Art 27 UCP stated "A clean transport document is one bearing no clause or notation expressly declaring a defective condition of the goods or their packaging"
It seems clear, isn't?
