LC Negotiation and Sight Payment

Dear All,
An LC is Available With : XYZ Bank and By : Negotiation
whether in Payment Part it states that 120 Days At Sight . This LC is not meant to be used as UPAS .
Can you please explain the issue ? How to deal with it from Nominated Banks point of view ?

IMHO, it means at 120 days sight : However ask the issuing bank for clarification:
