Correct Incoterms When Insurance Is Borne By The Seller
What should be the correct incoterms when the insurane is borne by the seller/exporter and other costs and frieghts is borne by the buyer/importer?

Hi Pal,
IMHO, DAT, DAP e DDP, where the risks on the goods pass only at destination, may be supported by an insurance that remain in the hands of the seller. Buyer will pay for the costs and transport in the goods prices.
If the goods will be paid by a l/c at sight, buyer may require copy of the insurance document.
Goods risks vs goods payment!
