Is it technically acceptable for the LC to be available with a bank in country A and expiry place to in another country say country B?

I will accept only expiry place beneficiary's Country and available by payment with issuing bank!
Other to be checked, with care!

Technically it is possible, but I don't see the reason for this option except for the beneficiary's opportunity to have additional days for presentation, in which case it would be better to keep the place for presentation as per art 6 d ii and to extend the presentation period with this additional time that beneficiary would avail himself.

Hi,

In case of any conflict whether documents presented to right place within LC validity, some consider the place in field 31D as the valid place of presentation while others consider field 41A.

In my opinion, it is better that places stated in field 41A and 31D not contradict to avoid any dispute.

Generally the credit available with country and place of expiry will be the same, Incase if place of expiry expiry is differnt from available with country then the documents should be presented/reached in the place of expiring country before the credit expires
