is issuing bank obliged to check the documents, if yes as per which rules..???

eUcp is rarely applied nowaday and paper documents is prefered due to the true authentication, for my viewpoint only

Agreed that eUCP are seldom used, but the l/c may allows presentation of both electronic records
or paper documents.
