What is the different between Soft confirmation and silent confirmation

Please provide us more information about your question.
If your question relates with the confirmation of LC amendment, the Soft confirmation means the beneficiary requiring Ben's bank send the message MT799 to App's bank that is accept the LC amendment; silent confirmation is the beneficiary presenting the document that is comply with LC and LC amendment.
