Tricky question:
Signed for the carrier:
XYZ Ocean AS-Seoul Office as agent for and on behalf of XYZ Ocean AS,
it may indicate that the Seul Office sign for the carrier or for its h.o.
To avoid doubts carrier' name should have been written.
