MY BANK IS ISSUING A L/C FOR A MEDICAL COMPANY, AND THIS COMPANY IS IMPORTING A LIST OF MEDICINE
DO I HAVE TO ADD THE BELOW TERM UNDER FIELD 46 (DOCUMENTS REQUIRED)

''DECLARATION ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE CARRIER STATING THAT
THE CARRYING VESSEL SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AND NOT
EXCEEDING 20 YEARS OF AGE''

such requirement is concerning the Cargo insurance, Insurance Premium will be calculated consider-
ing the vessel age and vessel classification.

Hi Mate
thanks alot for the explanation, but i am still lost here do I have to put a new term being (insurance policy) under field 46 (documents required)
if so can you layout the exact paragraph for such requirement
