Will you transfer an lc required beneficiary certificate and beneficiary required you to indicate that he is the one to provide such document and not the transferee

In my opinion, when the LC requiring an document by first beneficiary is transferred, it will be impossible for the second beneficiary to comply with transferred LC terms. You should conduct beneficiary/issuing bank in case beneficiary insist on transfer.

Dear Navi,

If the 1st beneficiary confirms such certificate will be presented along with Invoice and Draft, can transferring bank delete such condition while transferring it to 2nd Beneficiary?

inclusion of condition with request of 1st beneficiary certificate in the transferred credit, does not make any sense?
