UCP 600 says,

ii. A non negotiable sea waybill indicating that transshipment will or may take place is acceptable, even if the credit prohibits transshipment, if the goods have been shipped in a container, trailer or LASH barge as evidenced by the bill of lading.

could you please explain the term as evidenced. most of the bill of lading that we received dont say anything about container except the container no.

When a Bill of lading is presented it could have a container No. so it evidence shipment in container
But in trailer or Lash Baraga it could be for a certain type of goods. I haven't seen it before.
