ISBP A19 defines “third party documents acceptable” as: all documents for which the credit or UCP 600 do not indicate an issuer, except drafts, may be issued by a named person or entity OTHER THAN THE BENEFICIARY.
So, if credit requires presentation of 1 original certificate of quality (without stipulating by whom it is to be issued), and also indicates above mentioned condition.
Then would a cert of quality issued by beneficiary be considered as discrepant?

Hi nhungth306
There is no discrepancy. Please take a look at article Q4 of the ISBP.
Best regards
