Hi,

Need an opinion on the following.

We have a client who insist on opening a LC to china where the advising bank should be a bank in china. However he needs the availability to be open for 'Any Bank by negotiation' where he is informing us that the documents will be presented through a bank in Thailand. Can we allow the same as they are contradictory to each other

I don't think it's contradictory bro? "Any bank" means they can present through any bank in anywhere.
