c. Unless a document indicates otherwise, a bank will also accept a document as original if it:
iii. states that it is original, unless the statement appears not to apply to the document presented.

Hi Pal,

presentation of
-copy of original bill of lading, so stamped original but this notation refers
to the bill of lading and not to the document itsself.
-fax report with imagine of an original insurance certificate,
in few words documents that may represent other documents.
Other comments necessary and much appreciated.

My view is that article covers scenario of a photocopied or scaned document from an original. Therefore, even if the photocopy shows the word original, such 'originality does not apply to it
