Incoterm DDU

Hi all,

quick question re DDU:

Invoice presented by beneficiary includes insurance costs in the breakdown.

Whilst under DDU the beneficary should insure the goods up to point of title transfer as they would be liable for the loss, is there any issue with them passing this cost onto the buyer under this incoterm?

Hi Pal,

DDU belongs to Incoterm 2000, that may be used, but if it has been delete from the new issue may it contains some defects. Please clarify?
