Can Bank Deny Payment against LC acceptance by LC applicant

Can LC issuing bank deny payment or LC acceptance even if LC applicant has given his acceptance post waiver discrepancy?

Hi Pal,

theoretically waiving discrepancies it is a post amendment and an amendment must be accepted by
issuing bank too.
Think to art 16-c iii b) ......waiver from applicant and agrees to accept it,......
This happens when applicant's standing is deteriorated!
