Dear Experts,
are there any situation in which we take earliest shipment date when multiple sets of bill of lading presented?

As far as I am concerned, it’s all taking the latest shipment date for calculating either presentation period and maturity under a situation of multiple set of BL being presented.

Hi,
For calculation of period of presentation in case of multiple sets of bill of lading, earliest shipment date will be taken.

I re-checked. ISBP D23 b and c define under which situation takes latest shipment date or earliest shipment date.

under a credit that allows partial shipment and multiple BL are presented, Earliest shipment date is used in case of determining presentation period. In all other cases latest shipment date will be used.
