It depends !
it may be possible to present the same invoice in 2 separate presentations (2 L/Cs) , but the L/CS should not state different goods description or a certain quantity - as it create discrepancies either with regard to goods description or with regard to an overshipment Also the nominated bank should agree to give effect to art 18b of UPC600
