Will you consider discrepancy documents presented for 2 million dollars and 80 cents under a confirm lc of 2 million dollars only with payment of 90 percent on first installment. Commodity shipped in full . Your comments appreciated it

HI PAL,

a part correction of the invoice amount, deleting 0,80. I think it is possible to accept an invoice for
a greater amount but asking for the correct sum.

Very valuable your comments in the same presentation a Copy or photocopy of charter party presented allow by Lc consigned to order and endorsed as per LC , however appear to be stamped with “Non-negotiable” can be consider this as a discrepancy?
