Hi experts,
Assuming that you are a transferring bank, when you receive a transferable credit from the issuing bank, what will you check in that transferable credit to ensure that it is really transferable without confusion for the second beneficiary, and you as well as the second beneficiary's ability to make a complying presentation under the transferred credit (and transferable credit if no substitution occurs). In other words, how will you find out the unreasonable points in a transferable credit? Please give a check list (what information needs to be checked).
