Exworks USA invoice did not show address goods pick up

Under lc with Terms exworks USA . Does the invoice required to show exworks plus address of warehouse of beneficiary?

the invoice should be indicated the date & place(actual place inside USA) of delivery .

A named place of delivery is required to be appended to the incoterm and this point would evidence the respective contractual demarcation. The specific address need not form part of such defined points it is expected that where for example, "premises of ABC company" or premises of seller" is indicated as the delivery point, the address would be fixed and defined under the contract itself.

Exworks means at exporters premises. So address should be mentioned on invoice
