Latest shipment date 30/04/19
Presentstion 21 days after shipment date
Bl ship on board date 27/04/19

During negotiate checker didn't mention discrepancy and courier document on 14/05/19.

On 21/05/19, received refusal letter and mention invoice not as per lc good of description 45A and I have do correction invoice and courier on 22/05/19.

My question issuing bank will substation correction invoice and obligate it

Discrepancy notice received on the date of expiry date. so IB now aware that any revised presentation that lead a discrepancy LC expiry and Late presentation.

Just ask your client (beneficiary) talk to applicant for accepting the discrepancy and settle the bill asap.
