(NEED HELP) Bill of Exchange/Draft
Posted: Fri Oct 25, 2019 4:34 pm
Dear experts,
I want to ask something regarding bill of exchange (or draft).
1. Is draft accepted (or bankers acceptance document) given to the advising original or just the copy?
2. If only the copy, is it possible if both issuing bank sell the bankers acceptance to secondary market and exporter negotiate or forfeit the bankers acceptance to other bank?
3. If only the copy used as exposure that can be sold by the issuing and/or exporter, where is the position of the original bill of exchange?
All answers will be really appreciated
Thank you
Best regards,
Shabrina
