Presentation period is 20 days from the delivery date. Domestic shipment. Beneficiary present delivery challan where no date mentioned. delivery date mentioned in invoice. Bill of entry also presented with the shipping documents. Now my question is-For determining whether the presentation is late presentation or not, which delivery date we can use? Bill of entry date or delivery date mentioned in the invoice?
Is it mandatory to use delivery date from the transport document date?
