Since delivery challan for domestic shipment is not a transport document, Can we use Bill of Entry date as shipment date? Expert opinion will be appreciated

Hi Pal,

once the invoice issued date was considered as delivery date.....
However you may indicate in l/c the way in which that date will be calculated.
