lc calls for hs code as 2304.12.34
one hs code is rightly mentioned as above and the other one is wrongly mentioned as 2301.12.34 in commercial invoice.
according to ucp 14d can we raise discrepancy? or we just ignore the wrong hs code mentioned.
need ur advice.

Hi Pal,
if the goods are the same, difference could be a mere typing error
23.04 refers to Soya bean, 23.01 to floor etc.
Remember that some investigations are now necessary due to due diligence and compliance
applicable to Trade Finance.
