Dear all,
according to art 31, presentation consistion of ONE or more sets of transport documents on more than one means of conveyance is regarded as partial shipment. Would that mean that any transp. documet showing transhipment would automatically be considered as partial shipment

Hi Friend,

in trashipment you will have a unique document covering the whole itinerary for the whole quantity of goods.
Partial shipment a transport document alone for a lesser quantity.
If the goods are carried on the same mean of conveyance, no partial shipment, but same arcraft, same lorry or same vessel.
However translation may have different meanings.
