Hello n good morning
I would like to ask;
If imported released goods on copy documents and accepted discrepancy found in original documents however documents presented at i.b. counter does not include some docs required under f46a e.g. bill of exchange ( pmt terms mentioned in negotiating banks letter), Insurance, certificate of analysis, health certificate and lorry receipt.

Since applicant already accepted any discrepancy found in original documents can i.b. release pmt even if the complete set of required docs are not presented.

Or i.b. shall ask for presentation of shortfall docs in order to release the pmt.

Hi Pal

when a bank authorizes the delivery of the goods without presentation of required documents
probably under receipt of full acceptance by the applicant, so it is not necessary to obtain complete
documentation.
