LC allowance quantity and amount . Does it applies to unit price ?

art. 30 UCP 600 stats that allowance may refer to amount, quantity or unit price.
In Swift MT700 there is a dedicated field for amount; for quantity and/or unit price must be
quoted in field 47.

The credit must explicitly refers to allowance in unit price. It seems your credit does not refer to such unit price and therefore is not allowed.
From the commercial point of view, the price is an essential point of negotiation.. .you cannot increase it without express purchaser approval just to comply with maximum amount of the credit
