Should it show actual name Singapore Changi intl airport and Shanghai Pudong or Shanghai Hongqiao international Will you consider document discrepant

IMHO, if there are more than one airport, all are serving the same city. However departure and destination
on AWB may be checked by the IATA Codes.

The document is to be considered discrepant taking into consideration the provisions of ISBP paragraph H11.
