Amendment changes goods description and in one of the documents required did not change the description of goods.
Documents presented in accordance with amendment , Issuing bank indicates that one of the documents is not showing description of goods as per the lc old requirement , will you consider discrepancy valid?

IMHO, it depends on the description, as per art 14 e), except the invoice, goods may be stated in generic terms not conflicting with their description in the credit, and in the rest of documents.

Also Have you ever come across a House Bill of Lading , this Lc required full set of ocean Bl ... IMO I think this house bl is not issue by ocean liner and is not compliant w lc
