Dear members
Will you consider discrepancy a copy of bill of lading that do not show signature , capacity and indicate without signature “carrier Crowley Latin America”
If copies presented then UCP 600 articles for transport documents are not applicable
Confirm LC indicates negó with copy documents acceptable

Hi Pal,
the issue is illustrated in ISBP 745 para A6, so it will depend on the l/c wording.
Other comment appreciated

Hi Rightly said. Copies of transport documents are not transport documents as per UCP. I recently read an answer given by a LC guru on this ( a different scenario though). The LC wording would give guidance.
