Hi,

under 90 days letter of credit, LC issuing bank have swift key RMA with XYZ bank in india. Also LC issuing bank insist to mention XYZ bank in 41A (LC issuing bank don't allow to mention 41D any bank.

We beneficiary don't have lc discounting facility with XYZ bank. What is solution ?

probably s a question of compliance-however ask to indicate your bank in that field and in field 57A.
Compliance is disturbing all the transaction. Few bank follow the Wolfsberg Guide where it is written that
banks have to check and be liable for a part of the transaction, trusting in the correspondent , specially after
exchanging the Wolfsberg Questuionnaire.
