IF L/C BILL OF LADING REQUEST NOTIFY APPLICANT AND " X AGENT COMPANY ",
BUT AFTER CHECKING B/L,
THE X AGENT COMPANY SHOWN ON THE FIELD " FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS APPLY TO " ,
NOT THE FIELD OF NOTIFY PARTY AND EVEN NOT INDICATE ALSO NOTIFY ...,
CAN WE DEEM IT A DISCREPANCY ?

Hi Pal,

IMHO this is a discrepancy from the UCP 600 point of view. But it is evident that the X Agent company need not to be notified as it belongs the cargo. However the applicant is not indicated as notify. Hoping that the B/L is not consigned to the latter.
